(e). Article XIII (g) has been made into a separate Article,

numbered XIV, and its scope has been somewhat widened. (f). In Articles V, VI, and VIII the words "the Kwangtung

Province" have been substituted for the words "the Liang Kuang Provinces". The Liang Kuang Provinces are no longer one Administrative entity, and it is not desired to trade, under the provisions of the Articles in question, with non-open ports in the Kuang Si

Province.
